A Clear Story on Lung Cancer

Lung Cancer, like pancreatic carcinoma, is a dreadfully lethal disease with extremely bleak prognoses. Every year 44,496 people lose their lives to lung cancer out of the 52,529 new cases recorded – an 82% mortality rate.

The treatment of lung cancer has a special place in Germany’s history. Almost all cases in the country were initially treated in specialized lung clinics where platinum-based chemotherapy was almost exclusively used. In 2015 one of Germany’s most well-known conventional lung cancer specialists, Prof.  Dr. Jürgen Wolf of the University Hospital in Cologne said of platinum-based chemotherapy for bronchial carcinoma:

“The bottom line is that this therapy has achieved a life extension of six weeks. Regarding recurrences, the efficacy goes down close to zero. This scenario will not change Even with the use of innovative anti-angiogenic substances. Bevacizumab (Avastin), for example, may extend life for an average of 2 months.”

Considered in Detail

Similar to those with pancreatic cancer, logically-minded lung cancer patients have questioned the approach of conventional oncology in their use of therapies that, for decades, have had mediocre success even from the perspective of those who prescribe these treatments daily.

We do not wish to share in the often-politicized discussion on “suboptimal medical systems,” but we feel similarly justified in questioning the current conventional approach just by the simple fact that platinum-based chemotherapy has severe side effects and dramatically impairs quality of life.

What we’ve Learned

Newly-diagnosed lung cancer patients typically go straight to specialized lung clinics. Therefore, like other holistic doctors and clinics we have naturally been unable to gain as much experience with these cases. However, we have far more extensive experience with patients that have developed metastatic lung cancer as well as cancer cases that.

Our lungs are essentially large detoxification organs. Hence, detoxification therapies are a significant part of our considerations for lung cancer patients. We also take into account tumor symptoms and the considerable influence they have. The resulting anxiety, for example, plays a greater role in lung cancer than in nearly all other forms of cancer.

Our Concept

Initially, our 3E-protocol for lung cancer includes more intensive detoxification therapies. Also, we will prescribe special inhalation therapies that have been proven to directly influence tumors in the lungs.

Ultimately, our goal is on therapies that will determine the cause. From what we’ve gathered on patients who’ve survived lung cancer, only a combination of detoxification therapies and a special mental (coaching) programs have been successful.

What We Can Offer You

1. First of all, we would recommend a conventional approach utilizing university medicine as well as a holistic examination of your current condition by a doctor familiar with both conventional and holistic medicine. Naturally, we are aware that nearly all who come to us have already received conventional counseling or therapy. Nevertheless, we would not want to exclude conventional treatments as these methods, when addressed from a different perspective, can provide insights that will be incredibly useful in the holistic therapy approach

2. Dr. Ralf Hertle will perform a microscopic analysis of your blood to better determine the necessary detoxification measures.

3. A comprehensive anamnesis (analysis of your medical history) by a holistic cancer consultant.

4. An initial diagnostic therapy session to ascertain the cause of your condition.

Only after the steps outlined above will we analyze your current situation as a team and prepare a plan best suited for you. Afterwards, we will explain this plan to you, and together we will develop a treatment program for the length of your stay in our center as well as for the next few months after you leave us.

At the core of our approach and methods are, of course, the complete 3E-Program reinforced by our extensive years of experience with metastatic lung cancer patients and cases where cancer has metastasized to the lungs.
